Star Trek was obvious to me (I like to relax with some favourite episodes myself from time-to-time).
Ditching the Bra is probably a comforting thing at the end of the day for you Ladies (Not sure what the equivalent for us Laddies is – personally, loosening my belt and taking off my watch tend to signify that it’s time to slow down).
I guess that the third is the contemplating of one’s inner self which can certainly bring a feeling of oneness with the world.
